What does my ticket include?
We offer two ticket categories: General Admission (GA) and VIP.
General Admission (GA)
A GA ticket gives you access to the festival for either 1 day or 2 days, depending on the option you select on the ticketing platform.

Do I need to print my ticket or is mobile entry allowed?
Tickets will be checked at the entrance. You can simply present your ticket on your phone — there is no need to print it.
Upon entry, you will be given a wristband corresponding to your ticket category.
Yes, tickets will be available at the official festival box office on both event days.
You will also have the option to upgrade your ticket category or extend your ticket to the second day directly at the festival.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are not personalized, so you are free to transfer your ticket to another person.
However, tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on any exceptions.
