Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that GFest is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding any booking or service fees charged by the ticketing provider).

Event Changes
The event lineup, schedule, and timings are subject to change. Changes to the lineup or running order do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Postponement
If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

Third-Party Ticketing
All ticket transactions are processed by a third-party provider. Any refund requests will be handled in accordance with their policies and procedures.

Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued in case of events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
